Sheikh Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Homosexual Allegations
A Swiss court is preparing to hear a case against a brother of the UAE president who is accused of assaulting an American citizen in a Geneva hotel.
Silvano Orsi alleges Sheikh Falah al-Nahyan made homosexual advances to him in the bar of the hotel and severely beat him when rejected.
The allegations date back to 2003. Mr Orsi said it has been a "five-year ordeal" to get the case to court.
The sheikh denies assault and has said he is sure "justice would be done".
Mr Orsi, 39, says he was drinking at Geneva's La Reserve hotel with a Saudi friend when the sheikh ordered a bottle of champagne to be sent over to their table.
A few minutes later, Mr Orsi claims the sheikh came over and began molesting him, and when the advances were rejected the sheikh attacked him and whipped him with his belt.
Mr Orsi says he sustained a herniated disc, nerve damage and post-traumatic stress disorder from the assault.
In a pre-trial hearing in 2007, Mr Nahyan, 37, said there had been a short scuffle in the hotel bar after he was accused of being gay.
The three-judge tribunal will begin hearing the case on Thursday and it can impose a sentence of up to two years in prison if the defendant is found guilty.
Mr Nahyan is the son of the late Sheikh Zayed, who died in 2004 and was succeed by Mr Nahyan's older brother, Sheikh Khalifa.
Mr Orsi has said he wants to bring a civil case against Mr Nahyan in addition to the criminal case, because he says to have been too ill to work since the alleged assault.

Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the half brother of the President of the U.A.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
He has been acquitted of the charges on appeal by a Swiss Court.

Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has always denied & refused strongly the alleges made by Mr. Orsi that he made homosexual passes on him. The Sheikh infact was outraged when he heard someone call him gay & therefore the case began.
I think it's a story triggered by the Italian- American Mr. Orsi for the MONEY only! as he tries his best to get more coverage on this story & uses the term Gay cleverly against the Sheikh so he would get more supporters for his own sake & this would increase cash in his account only. Therfore, the real story is not about Gay people or homosexuals, it actually is how Mr. Orsi is abusing the feeings of homosexuals against Sheikh Falah to gain more CASH & MONEY for HIMSELF only!
Gay Sheikhs, barbarians, and perverted common criminals like Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, (the biggest Gay sheikh in the Gulf region!) always try to blame the victim and speak about money!

I remind you that the Swiss courts did not declare Falah the Gay Sheikh of UAE innocent by any means!
They acquitted him based on procedural technicalities only, and all the courts confirmed the belt attack, as reported by the AP and confirmd by hotel worker at the scene. That is a fact!
This sheikh could not control his horomones, and was looking for a big man to stick his penis in the sheikh's butt!
The Italian-American Orsi is a hero for slapping the face of this gay sheikh and refusing the sheikhs gay advances!!!
